We primarily use 1/8" premium solid Cherry hardwood. We selected Cherry for its elegant grain structure and its ability to hold incredible detail, whether we are laser-etching a design or printing vibrant, full-color artwork.

Yes. We want you to love the final product. For all orders, we provide a digital proof for your approval to ensure the placement, sizing, and details are exactly where they should be before we move into production.

We take pride in our "Made in the USA" speed and efficiency. For most orders, our standard production time is a swift 2–5 business days. While larger orders may take slightly longer, we always strive to get your tokens in your hands as quickly as possible.

While our tokens are durable, wood is a natural, living material. To keep your tokens looking their best for years to come, we recommend avoiding prolonged submersion in water. If they need cleaning, a quick wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all they need.

We love how our tokens evolve with use. While our UV Printed tokens are engineered to stay crisp and colorful for the life of the product, our Engraved tokens will naturally develop a beautiful patina. Over time and with frequent handling, the natural cherry wood will deepen in character, giving the engraving an authentic, weathered look that only real wood can achieve.

When you first open your package, you might notice a faint, campfire-like aroma. This is a natural byproduct of the precision laser-cutting process. It is completely non-toxic and typically dissipates within 24 to 48 hours once the pins are removed from their packaging.
